Change from data only to Unlimited UK calls & texts plan

Hi can anyone tell how I go about this? I mistakingly purchased a data only plan, not much use for a phone!

    hey  DavidHe_2255051 

    You can make the switch on your app under "change plan" this will take affect next month you can purchase an out of plan add-on in the mean time so you can make calls and texts

    One option would depend on your phone, and the amount of data in the plan you purchased.

    Can your phone make calls with data?  Many of the more up to date phones have this facility.

    If your phone does have this feature, and you have enough data, enabling it could be your solution
