Fed up before I’ve even started

How the heck do you get to actually ‘speak’ to an actual person-bot rather than a web-bot???  I’ve just activated my Sim but it won’t accept my PAC code and tells me I need to contact customer services but the bot won’t let me past its standard rubbish???
