Can’t receive calls

My wife and I have been with Smarty for 6 months and struggle to receive calls. At work nothing, just a voice mail, no missed call notification, phone don’t ring absolutely nothing. It’s horrendous especially if it’s school or doctors. It also happens at home and shopping places 

 …… anyone else have this problem?
