I have a Smarty sim card in my Sony. I’m about to buy a Sailly e-sim package for our stay in Thailand. When in-country my question is can I swap and change from the e-sim to the SMARTY sim and back? This is because I may need to make an actual phone call back to UK and maybe receive a phone call from home. The data only e-sim doesn’t allow for that. Hi, I have recently moved from Vodafone to Smarty. I installed a physical SIM card from Smarty and then ported over one of my previous numbers (main number), this went through yesterday (30-06-2026) I now need to setup a Smarty eSIM on my iPhone to then transfer across my other number (a business number) but I can’t seem to see how to add the eSIM and then start the number port. All I can see to fine is a physical sim option with Smarty. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Scott48Views0likes1CommentE-Sim with new phone problems no calls texts etc
I have recently upgraded from an Iphone 13 to an Iphone 15 and transferred everything over using the E-Simm option - I cannot access any networks, make or receive calls or text and anything outside of normal wifi I cannot receive. Hi, I recently rejoined Smarty because I am currently on holiday (in the UK) and need internet. I opted to switch my sim to an eSim but so far even though i've had a full 4 bars and 4+ showing on my s25 ultra i've been unable to get any internet or at the very best a spotty connection (could be using my vodafone physical sim to give me the internet though (voda is 1 bar so not great). I've checked my APN settings, and apparently they are correct to what smarty says to set it up as. Checked the coverage checker and that shows 4G indoor and outdoor coverage (im staying in a caravan). I've cycled airplane mode and restarted my phone, including resetting the network settings for the smarty eSim. Any ideas how I can fix this?60Views0likes1CommentOld sim to new sim
I came from a different SIM company. I switched to Smarty and chose an eSIM. I entered my PAC code and my old number details, but when I activated the eSIM, it showed a different number and a new SIM. Why did this happen? I want to keep my old number when switching SIMs.43Views0likes1Comment
