Invalid sim
Hello is there any chance I can change my sim to an eSIM and it’s constantly disconnecting, its worrying me now as I use my phone for emergency phone calls and it’s just disconnecting and saying ‘no service’ and ‘no sim’ - spontaneously, and getting worse. I have checked sim in other phones it’s not working and also really want to keep my number. Please resolve me - thanks
eSIM not working
I've installed my SMARTY eSIM using the QR code and confirmation code. My Three service has now been disconnected, but I have no SMARTY service. When I try to transfer the number on my iPhone I get Error Code 300 saying the network is undergoing maintenance and can't support transfers. Any idea? Currently don’t have a phone 😭 I had an email to say everything had been completed
Short codes 79100
I have just read a post from 2/2025 saying we can use short codes one here , but in Dec last year 2025 I tried to join fabswingers as a supported yes I can't wait for the jokes 😀 and I got charges for the text but the code never worked and ended up being refunded for out of plan add on moneys, does anyone know if this has changed or its still a no.go from.smarty ? Can my eSIM be reissued without a confirmation code (ePIN)?
I'm trying to activate a SMARTY eSIM on a Linux embedded device. The device successfully connects to SMARTY's eSIM server and begins downloading the profile, but the software supplied by the device manufacturer does not support eSIM profiles that require a separate 4-digit confirmation code (ePIN). Could you please let me know if it is possible to: reissue my eSIM without requiring a 4-digit confirmation code, or remove the confirmation-code requirement from my existing eSIM, or generate a replacement activation QR code/activation code that does not require an ePIN? The activation code itself works correctly—the only issue is the requirement to enter the separate confirmation code during installation. Thank you!eSIM activation issue
Morning, when getting set up via eSIM I accidentally deleted the Smarty eSIM from my iPhone intead of my old Three one. I have requested a new one via the Smarty dashboard but although I have the new code the email with the eSIM QR code hasn't arrived. It's been about an hour. How do I resolve this? I currently have no service. Thanks!
Using e-sim and Smarty physical sim query
I have a Smarty sim card in my Sony. I’m about to buy a Sailly e-sim package for our stay in Thailand. When in-country my question is can I swap and change from the e-sim to the SMARTY sim and back? This is because I may need to make an actual phone call back to UK and maybe receive a phone call from home. The data only e-sim doesn’t allow for that. Can I go into the sim management and select which sim to use at any time? Thanks
