i registered with smarty for esim but the phone cannot use it

Question

so I thought my phone galaxy A13 was able to take an esim, but it cannot.

now my registration is stuck because it wants me to accept the esim which I cannot do.

hoe do I request a physical sim instead?

I am also porting my number
