Short codes 79100
I have just read a post from 2/2025 saying we can use short codes one here , but in Dec last year 2025 I tried to join fabswingers as a supported yes I can't wait for the jokes 😀 and I got charges for the text but the code never worked and ended up being refunded for out of plan add on moneys, does anyone know if this has changed or its still a no.go from.smarty ? Thanks Jim x
Attempting to contact customer support
At least through the smarty app, all my attempts to contact customer support have been met with error messages and more specifically, "429TooManyRequests" blocks. Is there something going on with the server or is it being throttled by an inundation of user requests? I need to speak to someone about lifting adult content restrictions as I don't have a credit card to complete the process via the app.

They offer more data per £, data rollover, more EU countries access, 30GB EU Roaming (18 more than Smarty), e-sim for Watches, 3 months of Apple TV + Music. It is a no-brainer to switch now, Smarty has lost it's game sadly.
Unable to access a particular website
Hello Last access to the website was on Thursday 24th July 2025 in the evening, since yesterday and today I cant access it. I'm not going to name it, its not an adult website I just dont want to advertise it for security reasons. I have tried pretty much anything and done all the suggestions that AI tools suggest. Here are the all the things tried. Ping, traceroute, changed browser, reset router, used a separate different device, tried wifi and ethernet.AI suggest the TLS handshaking works one way but the response is being rejected somehwere? All of the websites I visit work. The only pecularity I found was an old thread on another forum about the public IP address ending up a possibly suspect list somewhere. Any thoughts or ideas as I use it for email.
