Adult Content enable/disable

Hello there I have several uncleared and pending £1 payments to smarty as I tried to have adult content enabled and very my age still waiting for some moves on this matter, my question to you is there anything else I can do to sort this matter out.? as this is inconveniencing me especially with online work issues and problems people are needing help with and I am unfortunately temporarily locked out from accessing some of my online accounts... but I also understand this default is for a very good reason bense303

      i Keep getting ''go to solution'' and it just takes me to the reply above me which I am ''replying'' to to let you know it just takes me back to this post above me with NO information on it at all.
      Also WHY must it be a credit card and not a debit card? Not everyone can get a credit card. Does that mean I cannot be an adult I 57yrs old for goodness sake and can;t watch grown up movies for instance anything over PG and I am stuffed

        PG_485523  A credit card is only available to those over 18. A debit card can be obtained below that age and so does not prove that the holder is an adult.

        Other forms of ID are acceptable if you contact Smarty Support Team via web chat

    Clicking the link ''go to solution'' does not do anything but bring me back here to an empty post and a link to ''go to solution''
    Meanwhile I am stuck watching PG rated movies, and PG rated websites should google ever let me actually complete set up my new phone (two step verification code keeps going to old stolen phone FYI, 2 weeks later)
    But thought this something useful to do meantime. I can't even do that

      PG_485523  I think that this thread was marked as having an Accepted Solution because it was a duplicate post and so as to prevent people wasting time on it. The solution shows immediately under the original thread and this is normal for an issue that has been 'solved'.

      If you look through some other threads, you will see where a member has given advice that solved the original posted problem.

        I am guessing there may be a fault in the system here then since below that posting at the top here, are (apart from our posts here) just empty posts with the ''view solution in original post'' link just takes me back to this page here, to MSF posts with ''view solution in original post'' links.
        So is a loop back.
        Just so you are aware.
        Thanks for your assistance by the way. This has been a concern for a while now. So I can get better wider access now to information that can sometimes be blocked on normal web searches etc, whether movies, political, decent , quality alternatives to mainstream commercial news and so on.

        P.S. as an aside, I must say Smarty have been really decent at having a human and accessible front rather than the cold barrier we face from the likes of Google and companies which follow their brick-wall example.
