URGENT: SMARTY is failing now, time to move to ID

They offer more data per £, data rollover, more EU countries access, 30GB EU Roaming (18 more than Smarty), e-sim for Watches, 3 months of Apple TV + Music. We’re keen to hear from you and how we can enhance your experience with SMARTY so we have a few questions for you. You don’t have to answer them all, you don’t have to write pages and pages (unless you want to), we just really want to know how you feel about your plan and how we can make the experience better. Please be honest, feel free to make suggestions, you won’t hurt our feelings (I can cry in private), and we might be able to do something about some of them. (No promises.) Why are you on an Unlimited plan? Do you stream a lot of TV? Do you send hi-res images and video around? Do you use it overseas? Do you feel 12GB suits that need? Do you use an EU data pass to unlock the rest of your data when in Europe? What can do to make things better (other than reducing the price; that’s obvious and we all love a bargain)? Longer data passes? Non-EU passes? Rewards on your anniversary? No idea is off the table. (Might not be achievable, but no harm in asking, eh?) I have a 12GB monthly data allowance. I was using it in a motorhome as a hotspot. When I got a message to say I had 2GB remaining I purchased another 15GB add on. When my remaining 2GB expired I lost access to the internet. I have been through the Smarty help system 3 times and I am assured that my 15GB data is being used. ( now down to 13.4GB). I spoke with the Smarty Accessibity Team who also said my data was available and being used. I followed the advice they provided, and also swapped sims with my wife who is on the same monthly contract as mine.With my home wifi disabled, both phones could access 4G. I put my own sim back in my phone and once again I could not get 4G internet. My phones works OK on my home wifi. I can get 4G through my wife's phone hotspot, but she cannot ot get 4G through my phones hotspot. Somebody please advise564Views0likes2CommentsUnlimited data?
I recently came back to Smarty and took out a 40gb plan... However whilst away on holiday we quickly ran out of data so added and payed for an unlimited plan which still has 24 days remaining! ... Hi. I am travelling and aware of the 12gb data cap, which when exceeded I can pay for a 3 day add on. I am travelling for a long time, so is there another way just to buy another 12gb extension. I have a data only plan for a mobile modem. The plan ran out of data on the 2nd Feb and I bought anther 5 GB on the 3rd. This shows on the payment part of my dashboard, but not on the tab next to usage.
