SWITCH OWNER SIM IN SMARTY GROUP
I started a new (first) Smarty contract and received a number. I then started a group, adding a second sim I normally used, retaining the number on transfer from Tesco. However, when buying add-ons for my second sim, all smarty communications went to the first sim, which was left in the UK. Therefore, I couldn't complete a transaction as I could not access the first sim.
As far as Smarty was concerned, all access and notications went through the first sim.
My question is: how can I swap sim numbers to enable my second sim to be the LEAD Sim?

55Tanyel You would need to remove the second sim from the group and then the group would be dissolved as there is only one sim in it. You could do without a group, but would lose the benefit of group discounts. You could also start the group with the second sim as the group owner.
That said, could you not see the communications by logging into your account?
