03457 phone number

I need to phone an 03457 number but my plan doesn't cover calls to this number.  How can I add this? Thank you for any advice.

LouiseY_2029378 Calls to standard UK landlines with 01, 02 or 03 numbers are included in your plan.

03457 is a non-geographic number - usually businesses use that type of number. Sometimes I have experienced a problem when I dial such a number, but if I try again after a while it usually connects.

I wonder if it is caused by dealing from mobile into a landline system which then is connecting to an internet based number - too many hops?

LouiseY_2029378 I'm reasonably confident, from personal experience, that if you tried your own phone again it would work too.
