Help please
Hi. So I bought an add on data pack but for some reason it isn’t working. My data just appears as I have any but my dashboard says I have the add on. I’m new here thank you in advance.

Hi there! I am also trying to find a solution to the exact same problem you're experiencing too. My active data only plan that ran out some time ago (owing to huge miscalculation of what I needed) was due to expire today (24 December 2025); yet I'd purchased a £17.00 30-day unlimited data add-on yesterday (23 December and the day before the plan's renewal) for my MiFi. My phone's data is about to expire on 27 December. With less than 500mb of data left on my phone, and in order to ensure I can at least browse (Smarty and other help pages) and troubleshoot, I am coming up with nothing despite applying all the troubleshooting options in order to fix this issue. Regarding the purchased data add on plan; the internet icon is showing on my laptop; proof of 30-day unlimited data out of plan add-on is showing on my dashboard, yet I continue to watch the days disappearing without being able to even use the plan. I will continue to find a solution and hopefully if anything found or I manage a workaround, I will post it here in response to your issue. All the best in the meantime. :)
