re activate my account or get my number back
Hi, Hope everyone's well I have been unable to return to the UK for the last couple months because of family issues. This led to me not realisng that my account was close to being closed I saw the email that it was closed and tried to renew it by purchasing a new plan but this just created a new account and new number. Now i understand that i may not be able to re activate the account but is there a way i can get that number assigned to my new account. I've had it for a while and it is very important to me Thank you for your help in advance and at the very least for reading this.
Group plan and transferring
I set up a smarty account for my daughter several months ago, but I used my name and email. I now want to switch my main number to smarty and add my daughter's existing number to a group plan with my main number as the group leader. I'm not clear about the best way to do this, does anyone have any suggestions? I have a smarty SIM ready to go, which was ordered through my daughter's account refer a friend.

Hi, I made a request to transfer my current number from EE yesterday. My wife introduced me back to smarty and had a sim arranged for me to use so she can receive the reward. However, when I. scanned the QR code inside the envelope it took me to my previous smarty account, will she still get the benefits of my rejoining from her having the new sim transferred to me? Also, I have submitted the details: current number and PAC code to you but I haven’t yet placed the smarty sim into the phone. Should I be required to activate the sim before the transfer?

They offer more data per £, data rollover, more EU countries access, 30GB EU Roaming (18 more than Smarty), e-sim for Watches, 3 months of Apple TV + Music. It is a no-brainer to switch now, Smarty has lost it's game sadly.
Avoiding a loop activating a 'Bonus SIM"
I have an existing (UK) SMARTY account and SIM. I want to add the 'Bonus SIM' to my account (using in a different phone). Instructions from Support pages just lead to an endless loop... Activating a spare/bonus SIM or a SIM bought in a shop or other online supplier Have a SMARTY SIM and want to activate it? Here is how to do it. After entering the SIM code, you are prompted to Login (NOT mentioned in the instructions). Then Steps 4. Choose a plan and enter your details, and 5. Make a payment for your chosen plan, which isn't offered. I've tried different approaches but nothing seems to allow me to activate/add the Bonus SIM. Guidance appreciated.
