New sim activated still no signal and data

Hi I’ve got my new sim 

is anyone having issues with activating the sim 

I’ve clicked activate but still no signal and data

    KamilAh_3410126 It can take a little while for the system to catch up.

    Also try:

    1. Turn phone off and then on again to force it to connect.

    2. Try Network Reset in Settings.

      I spoke to smarty agent he said your having activation issues is that correct

        KamilAh_3410126 I  think you may have misunderstood; we are Forum members and don't work for Smarty (with the exception of the moderators).

        We don't have information about activation issues - we just try to give some helpful tips that may work to sort a problem.
