Just read through the PAYG details but still a little confused. I understand the Sim Only Deal and paying up front for the service. So say I pay £6 for the basic sim deal, at the end of the month is the data/calls still available if I don't renew the deal? Does it roll over every month? I really want a extra SIM for my current deal because for all the will in the world I never use my data or calls, but I understand that this isn't available. So, in a nutshell... If I buy a SIM only deal for £6, does it roll over month after month? Ta
Avoiding a loop activating a 'Bonus SIM"
I have an existing (UK) SMARTY account and SIM. I want to add the 'Bonus SIM' to my account (using in a different phone). Instructions from Support pages just lead to an endless loop... Activating a spare/bonus SIM or a SIM bought in a shop or other online supplier Have a SMARTY SIM and want to activate it? Here is how to do it. After entering the SIM code, you are prompted to Login (NOT mentioned in the instructions). Then Steps 4. Choose a plan and enter your details, and 5. Make a payment for your chosen plan, which isn't offered. I've tried different approaches but nothing seems to allow me to activate/add the Bonus SIM. Guidance appreciated.SMARTY SIM in Doro 6520
Hi. I have put my SMARTY Sim card into a Doro 6520 flip phone (using a Nano to Micro Sim adapter). The phone won't recognise the SIM at all; red cross in the top left and SOS call only in the display. I believe the Doro 6520 is a 3G phone. Any tips gratefully received. Thank you 😊
Can’t ring in or out on my phone
Hello, I suddenly have a problem whereby I can’t make or receive calls. I have changed to a new SIM card and still no joy. Swapping to a different Smarty sim resolves the problem. Smarty customer service have been spectacularly unhelpful. I have reset the phone, checked the settings etc all from the help pages and it still won’t work. Any help appreciated.
