Just read through the PAYG details but still a little confused. I understand the Sim Only Deal and paying up front for the service. So say I pay £6 for the basic sim deal, at the end of the month is the data/calls still available if I don't renew the deal? Does it roll over every month? I really want a extra SIM for my current deal because for all the will in the world I never use my data or calls, but I understand that this isn't available. So, in a nutshell... Hi. I have put my SMARTY Sim card into a Doro 6520 flip phone (using a Nano to Micro Sim adapter). The phone won't recognise the SIM at all; red cross in the top left and SOS call only in the display. I believe the Doro 6520 is a 3G phone. Any tips gratefully received. Sim card just stopped working. Showing “No SIM”
Hello, I been using my sim card for 2 weeks now, everything was smooth. Today it just stopped working out of the blue. My phone shows “No SIM” in settings. Other sim cards work on my phone (just checked). I’m using iPhone 14 pro max. Any help?1.4KViews0likes1CommentCan’t ring in or out on my phone
Hello, I suddenly have a problem whereby I can’t make or receive calls. I have changed to a new SIM card and still no joy. Swapping to a different Smarty sim resolves the problem. Smarty customer service have been spectacularly unhelpful. I have reset the phone, checked the settings etc all from the help pages and it still won’t work.
