Pay As You Go
Just read through the PAYG details but still a little confused. I understand the Sim Only Deal and paying up front for the service. So say I pay £6 for the basic sim deal, at the end of the month is the data/calls still available if I don't renew the deal? Does it roll over every month? I really want a extra SIM for my current deal because for all the will in the world I never use my data or calls, but I understand that this isn't available. So, in a nutshell... If I buy a SIM only deal for £6, does it roll over month after month? Ta
SMARTY SIM in Doro 6520
Hi. I have put my SMARTY Sim card into a Doro 6520 flip phone (using a Nano to Micro Sim adapter). The phone won't recognise the SIM at all; red cross in the top left and SOS call only in the display. I believe the Doro 6520 is a 3G phone. Any tips gratefully received. Thank you 😊
Can’t ring in or out on my phone
Hello, I suddenly have a problem whereby I can’t make or receive calls. I have changed to a new SIM card and still no joy. Swapping to a different Smarty sim resolves the problem. Smarty customer service have been spectacularly unhelpful. I have reset the phone, checked the settings etc all from the help pages and it still won’t work. Any help appreciated.
