Avoiding a loop activating a 'Bonus SIM"
I have an existing (UK) SMARTY account and SIM.
I want to add the 'Bonus SIM' to my account (using in a different phone).
Instructions from Support pages just lead to an endless loop...

After entering the SIM code, you are prompted to Login (NOT mentioned in the instructions). Then Steps 4. Choose a plan and enter your details, and 5. Make a payment for your chosen plan, which isn't offered.
I've tried different approaches but nothing seems to allow me to activate/add the Bonus SIM.
Guidance appreciated.

Simple - You need to use another email address.
Its one email address per account, and one account per SIM

Easy to say, difficult to do. Yes, but how is second email registered for existing customer? A new customer registration forced a new sim to be mailed out, delay etc. So

You make sure you are logged out of your existing Smarty account, then you go to the activation page, enter the SIM number as required, and create a new account with a new email address as part of the activation process.
I think the mistake a lot of people seem to make is logging into their existing account using the button at the top of the activation page.

I'm stuck in the same loop, already have an account and want to now activate a spare SIM. The activate page is asking me 'login to activate' if i already have an account, clicking that link redirects to the Smarty login page with no opportunity to activate the SIM.
How can I activate a spare SIM when I already have an account?

I have the same **bleep** issue all these years later. It is the most ridiculous method and nothing like what they suggest it is on the 'bonus sim' instructions. Somehow I have ordered a new SIM that I didn't want from trying to activate a 'bonus sim' with a new email address and account. Absolute joke.
