I'm not sure exactly how to help. This is the Smarty customer forum, and most of us are customers, just like you. As it's a public forum, might I suggest you keep personal detail private.
It might be better if you talk to a Smarty Agent, via Webchat. They should be able to help you, while keeping you information private.

Hello @Rosvita_2224569 . If you have not paid any money, then it doesn't really matter.
If you have already paid for a Smarty plan and no longer wish to use it, you will need to request a refund via a web chat with the Support Team.

If it is not activated then literally nothing happens.
