My first day out with smarty on 3 network
and I have no signal at all in ashford or Faversham or Challock and charing anyone else having this problem

@Barrywh_2552802 Firstly, check that your account dashboard shows an active sim with a mobile number, plus an active smarty plan.
Next look at Network status checker for any local problems. I'm assuming that you already checked coverage for your area before joining.
