0800 numbers blocked?
Have tried phoning two 0800 numbers and all I get is an instant hang up with no ring tone or anyone picking up from the other end.

AndrewWa_497609 If they are standard UK 0800 numbers, then they are certainly included in a Smarty plan.
The issue seems to be (from experience) that the call goes from your mobile to the landline system and then on to the internet telephony system for that number. There sometimes seem to be glitches but the call normally goes through later on.
