Not working on Samsung note8

Hi, I am really fed up with your support . you lie online chat help but there is no real online support. really annoyed . i just moved my sim to note 8 and its not working ., can you confirm your network workon note 8 or not so i can cancel your network if its not working .#

if it whousl work on Smasung note 8 then give me a clear instrucations step by step to set it as its only allowing tecxt meesages but no internet or no calls, Not a good service
