joining Smarty, life of SIM deals.
DavidB-3335558 In her point 3, Rebekah_150 mentions that pausing your plan could interrupt the offer.
Must admit, I haven't seen Two factor verification either.
Hi, in previous info on the forum from last year or so, they said they had introduced it, so I wonder why it is not being offered now. It would help guard against SIM swap fraud.

When I log into my account, it is something that will prompt from time to time, but not always.

Rebekah_150 Still strange as I have never seen 2-FA when I log in. I use Safari and very often don't seem to need to log in formally at all as it seems to remember me day on day.

DavidB-3335558 The plot thickens!! There is an article about it from way back: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/5390803-improving-the-security-of-your-account-through-multi-factor-authentication so it's most odd that I haven't seen it either as I've been customer for a long time.

How do I message an employee to get a definitive answer?

2 factor authentication commonly appears on new devices, or if you havent logged on in a while. If you are logging onto a remembered device it may not prompt.
