Iphone keeps pulsing between 5 bars and 3G
We are in Gran Canaria with roaming on and my phone Iphone 15 stays at 4G.. My partners phone Iphone 14 keeps pulsing between 5 bars and then 3G. with roaming on thus no internet access. Not sure why? Any help please

GaryBet_2159589 Firstly, are you both on the same network? My wife and I were frequently on different networks while there last week (Yoigo & Movistar). Even on 3G, I was able to access data with not much problem - I guess it depends upon what you are trying to get.
I do wonder whether networks offer a better service to their own customers and may restrict people who are roaming on their network. Can't say I blame them really - I would hope that UK networks do the same and favour their own customers.
Changed some of the settings in my other half phone and all is well 4G is fine. Mine must have updated automaticaly
