How to get Business name on caller id?

There is a way when making a call the business name shows up.  I've seen this happen multiple times, and I do not have that number saved.
I think it's called CNAM, and it can be set up if using VoiP, otherwise I believe this is something that Smarty (the Provider) has to do (whether or not they can, is a different matter).
