Zero signal

I've not had any signal since arriving back from Manchester to Carlisle. My housemate has got smarty & a signal. They just keep telling me it's maintenance repairs. It's been four days with nothing 🤦 ordered a sim from another company as I can't be without signal. Totally unprofessional
