Why is it such a bad network
Three have (or had) a terrible 4G infrastructure and, due to the pending 3G switch off just around the corner, Three have had to improve their 4G network, otherwise there would have been issues making calls over VOLTE.

Hello I'm Having a bit of a time with this network. I wish I could actually talk to someone. I lost my phone so asked to replace the sim still not arrived. I ordered another one. Then it said I couldn't as it hasn't been five days however its been a week plus now. I think I managed to order it but not sure its been hell the service is awful. Is there anyway you could check is it has been?. Thanks

If you feel that you need a network where you can talk to someone, Smarty may not be for you. They keep costs down by having web chat rather than phone service.

Thank you that explains some but there support could of explained this and maybe not take custom from people that they can't deliver service to
