Bad network connection

Question

What's smarty support phone number?I can't easy to get internet connected. I can't get connected on different laptops.My network is not visible on other laptops. Adding network, let alone adding WIFI don't work.

Have you tried connecting other devices to your phone's hotspot to see if this is a laptop issue? Can your laptop see and connect to other access points?You are saying your laptop doesn't see the hotspot anymore. Did you change any hotspot settings to make it hidden? Try changing the bands your phone uses for hotspot, as maybe you set it to 6GHz but your laptop doesn't use that WiFi band. Try changing some other settings too and see if that helps.If you ordered a new SIM card, it is likely your current SIM has been deactivated, and you'll need to wait until you get the new one and activate it to get service again. If you really need telephone support, then you will need to choose one of the more expensive networks. How exactly are you making the data connection? Is it a 5G router? Could you tell us your setup for getting data to your laptop? Make sure whatever device is making the data connection supports at least 4G, that you got coverage in your area, and also check the network status in your area.

If your WiFi is also not working, maybe look into your device drivers and update them. And lastly as MSF said, you can contact support via text chat, which is the only method of contacting them.

In fact&nbsp; I spoke to smarty on phone when they switch to 4g. I had win phone 10, no VoLte, now I uses C61 Oukutel, connection was very good with calls, but from last week my laptops wifi adapters don't see hotspot either any more, and smarty is useless support. I ordered new SIM card, but smarty screwed something up, experts&nbsp;&nbsp;
