why can I not get into my account to change my postal address
all I need is a little help getting into my dashboard to change my postal address

johndaly_14513 Do you mean that you cannot log into your account at all? Can you explain what happens e.g. does it not recognise your email or password?
Once you log into your account and go to Account Settings, you should see 'edit personal details' - https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings
