Voicemails
Hello
I can’t save a voice message and relisten. There are no options to listen save or listen to a message a second time. It didn’t use to be this way. What has happened? How to fix?

If you dial 123 you should hear the following options: 'To listen your message press 1, to save it and move on press 2' as well as other options. After you've selected 1 or 2, main menu options are available including saving a voicemail message. Hope this helps?
