GedC_3091155 This has come up number of times before. The consensus is that you just need some sound to satisfy that requirement. You could perhaps just make a minimal noise or even just say "leave a message please".

GedC_3091155 Well, for whatever reason, Smarty seem to have decided against that.
I certainly do not have my name on my voicemail greeting. I have merely told the caller that I cannot answer now and that they should leave a message . Of course, I could have got someone else to record that for me or even made a sound.
If it is a deal breaker, then I agree that you will need to seek out a network that does things differently. I suppose the is one of the advantages of not being tied into any lengthy contract.
