Using abroad
Help!!! I bought over £30 to use abroad. It’s gone and I’ve hardly had my phone on. I then put another £15 on- and got a message saying I’m almost at a £45 limit. Genuinely don’t know what’s happened. Can’t find out where to get help.

sheri3466 We don't know what country you are in. Outside of the EU countries data costs anywhere from 10pence to £5 per megabyte so it can be very easy to eat up that sort of credit. Prices are given in the Smarty Price Guide.
Just to give an example, I went out for two hours and did not use my phone for anything but it still used 1.67 megabytes (just checking things I suspect). Roaming in a non EU country in Roaming 1 Band that would have cost me 17pence.
