unable to make or receive calls on Doro flip phone
SIM has been activated today but cant make or receive calls. The phone rings once then disconnects when making outgoing calls and when I try to ring the Doro phone it goes straight to voicemail without ringing a t all.
How do I fix this?

There are three models listed as definitely not being compatible with 4G VoLTE, but there is also further advice there.
It is possible that you will not be able to fix it.
According to this article: https://smarty.co.uk/blog/big-button-mobile-phones/ The Doro 5860 is compatible.
