DavidLe_1215632 If it's the 0333 number, then you may need to try again. Many of these corporate numbers use internet telephony and I think there is a problem going from mobile to landline to internet.
I have experienced this problem and when I tried later, the call was successful.
Page 14 of the Smarty Price guide explains that 01, 02 and 03 numbers are included.
