Travelling to Switzerland in October
I only intend to use my phone to make calls in the hotel where they have Wi-Fi. Can I send texts outside the hotel? Do I need to pay for any add ons?

DianaON_3241426 Firstly, Switzerland is not an EU country and so your Smarty plan cannot be used there exactly the same as at home.
You can only make wifi calls where there is no mobile signal - but you will be able to use the hotel wifi for calls via apps like WhatsApp.
I would recommend a read of the Smarty Price Guide. Switzerland is in Group 1A for pricing.If you wish to send a text, then it will be included in your bundle (even though calls are not).
