TOP UP SOMEONE ELSE'S NUMBER??
Hi, I am desperately trying to reach out to someone who is currently in another country. She has no credit and access to no service there so the only way is for me to pay. Is it possible that this is so difficult? It's almost Christmas day and this person will be cut out of the world because of this.

MatteoM_1043896 Totally agree with SmartyTrousers. You will need to be able to access her account or else invite her into a group that you form and then you pay all group bills.
Unless the person has shared the login details for their Smarty account with you, I suspect it will not be possible.
Smarty support will almost certainly only deal with the account holder, for security and data protection reasons.
