Texts not showing on dashboard
Over the last two months I am not seeing any texts on my dashboard. Calls and data are showing. Have tried the same online chat a couple of times without success. Any other deas
I am wondering whether the change to using RCS was around the time of this situation

Ianwatt_2662095 Are you maybe an iPhone user who texts to other iPhone users? In those cases, the text doesn't show up as it goes via iMessage I believe.
On the phone, the content you send would show in a blue background rather than green for normal texts.
Not an iPhone user. I have been using smarty for around one year and my dashboard has always shown every text. Until now.

Ianwatt_2662095 That certainly does seem strange.
If it is of importance to your records, why not raise it as a Complaint and then hopefully someone further up the chain f command will investigate. I suspect it would be helpful if you could give them some partial numbers to whom you have definitely sent texts and dates.
