Switching packages, in 4G, from data only to full range
Amazing, swithing to a more expensive package, promising everything and no speed limit. But, again, no phone calls

I agree, I just grab what can be used—Hobson choice, at least an unreliable connection to the internet.
If phone calls aren't working, it may be that your device is not compatible with Smarty's VoLTE (4G calling). See this page for more info.
Phone is fine. It used to work with 4G on packages with phone calls.
The issue is that Smarty on two occasions offered a better package, and if you click on the details of the deal, it says Phone Calls,... Data. But when switching and paying a fee, it says data only. What is the point of giving the wrong description? I don't want to contact team support (wrong email on website). If it's data only, so be it. Simple, Smarty became worse since they started to improve their services at the end of 2023. I asked them to do changes.
It was clearly mentioned: phone calls, text, data; in reality, no phone, unlimited voice messaging. Bad, lie.
