Speak to a Human OR can Smarty "PLEASE" send to my correct mobile number
Hi
I am getting VERY frustrated with not being able to talk or online chat to someone!!
In short, I am wanting to port over (initially one number to test the water, so to speak) from Vodafone to Smarty.
I did, along time ago open a smarty account for a data sim but that didn`t work out. Smarty are now auto sending the pass code to that number I believe (it`s certainly not a number I recognise!!)
Your system doesn`t allow to to change this to one of my current numbers (currently with Vodafone)
HELP PLEASE!
I want to become a Smarty customer BUT this is SOOOO frustrating. The number I am porting over can have the pass code
I hope someone can help with this
