Is there any compensation schemes running for this error? I'm left unable to make calls on my own number, this is getting ridiculous now! I have checked my payment history and all seems to be normal...

This keeps happening to my partner, only with certain numbers. Chat just say turn on and off which obviously doesn't sort anything.

Okay Shirley_1026186, I guess if your partner isn't satisfied with SMARTY's responses via web chat some other options are:
- Try a replacement SMARTY SIM card.
- Make a formal complaint.
- Switch to another service provider.
Hopefully their issue gets resolved one-way-or-another.
