Hi, some how my phone now locked and it’s asking for a PUK number, as a I don’t have the card that the sim came with, how do I now get the number.

The phone is “dead”, phone shows “unusable sim” and “not registered on network “. I have left messages for a replacement SIM card, hope that makes sense.

Thanks for the reply, the sim Card is now locked and I’m unable to use the phone, i think the only solution is a new SIM card.
