Sim has been activated over 18 hours now still cant use it
Dose anyone know what's going in with this network I'm new customer and had nothing but trouble only had my sim for 18 hours and haven't been able to ring or text or go online!
Should I just get a refund or is this a one off problem dose anyone know?

BarryNor_271561 Have you checked Network Status for your postcode area?
Also try a Network Reset in the phone Settings.

Getting the same issue, got the activated SIM text but can't call, text or use data
I'm guessing this can take days to work

I still can't access my data or calls or texts it's been 2 days up to now 🙄

Although I've not just joined, when I did my SMARTY SIM worked within a couple of hours of online activation.
Perhaps there's a network issue in your area?
