SIM doesn't activate
I am surprised that I am waiting more than 12 hours my smarty SIM doesn't activate so could you please help me, my phone number is 07450866550.Thanks

Since your activation took more than 2 hours, according to this help article, you should contact support. If you have ported over a number, just know that activation does not mean your number has been ported, and you usually get an Email and a SMS of when it will complete. This is usually 1 day but will be longer in cases like starting the transfer after Thursday 5PM, or it is a bank holiday. More details here: When will my number be transferred? | SMARTY Help Centre. In the mean time, you get a temporary "SMARTY number" that will be replaced with your number once porting is complete.
