Well it's been a stressful 40 days since contractors accidentally sliced through the supply cable for Albion Square transmitter mast but finally normal service has resumed.
I have submitted a further (and hopefully final) claim for compensation.

Same here. I use it for broadband in my flat and reception is appalling. I've tried to contact Smarty but a waste of time on their chat. No response. Seemingly EE having similar issues.
