e-sim to physical sim
hi, I want to stop using my e-sim and reactivate my physical sim, how do i do that? (i already have my physical sim) Thanks :)
OndineS_3577437 If you are talking about a physical SIM that was activated before and then replaced, you cannot reactivate that one. Your only option is ordering a new replacement SIM. If that link doesn't work, follow this article: How to Order Your eSIM ⚡ | SMARTY Help Centre

I think that you will need a web chat to get a physical sim, but then you may lose service while you wait for the physical one to arrive. The physical sim that you have now will no longer work I am fairly certain.
You don't say why you want to change back - any specific reason?
MSF You can order it from the dashboard. This article says to do a web chat, but it is from 2023, and seems to contradict other newer articles that were written more recently in 2026, such as this one.
And I also discovered from that new article that you can choose to keep service active until you activate your new SIM (unless you click on "My phone was lost or stolen"), which is great to know that this user experience got improved.
