Ringing
Hi, I'm with id mobile and my wife is with smarty, sometimes when I call her phone it doesn't ring? Or register that ivd phoned? I don't have problems with any other phone, what could be the problem? Thanks mark

It might be best to reset your network settings on your device, this can help with reconnecting failed calls and refresh all the service.
Keep in mind that doing this will reset all saved passwords on your device.
You can Google your specific device settings to get the settings reset!
