Resetting account

I wish to re activate my DATA ONLY ACCOUNT but it trieds sending ax text to the mobile number but the sim is not in a phone it is in a router only for iPads etc and tv. How can I reset it for unlimited data for £20

    IanAver_3007848 That does sound strange. If it is a data only sim, it is not provisioned for text messages.

    Probably best to web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check your account.
