Renewal impossible
So the renewal didn't take the money from the card, now the app won't let me login, i have to uninstall and reinstall it just to be able to login.
the renew button is greyed out in the account payment setting, instructions say to change the card details and click renew, there's no option to change the card details. what the hell is this rubbish?

Have you tried to log in via the website rather than the app? That often seems to be more reliable.
Is the card stored with a correct expiry date? No chance that it has just run out?
If none of that works, why not web chat with Smarty Support for them to check the account?
