Remove PayPal as method of payment
I set up 2 accounts with my PayPal. I now want to change the payment method on both. I have turned off auto renew on then both and it offers me no alternatives. Any ideas how I might change my method of payment?

I am having the same thing happening with me, was this resolved as I cant see the payment as the email address is too big
RobertH_1244746 When I log into my account and go to the payment settings page (https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/settings/payment) I see the email address that I use to pay via PayPal and underneath is the option to choose another way to pay. Are you not seeing that? If not, probably best web chat with Smarty Support for them to check.
