Regularly without data service

Team, not sure if anyone else is affected in the South East of England, but I'm regularly facing issues with Smarty data. Whether in Berkshire where I live, or Woking town centre where i was yesterday, just constantly I'm having issues with slow or no data, even if i have multiple bars and 4G showing. 

It's getting to the point where I'm thinking about leaving them because it's so bad.

    It would appear that Smarty no longer read anything posted in this forum, as such it would appear rather than offering a quality service they are happy to let their name become one of ridicule and rubbish contentedly posting inane misleading adverts in press and on screen rather than doing something about the problem.

    Wake up morons! because all we the users need to do is find a new service, you on the other hand will have to find new jobs with the stain of the ruin of Smarty on your record.

    Same here, I live in Dudley in the West Midlands. My problems began on Feb 18. Since then i have been getting really slow download speeds. Some times less than 0.2Mbps. Support keeps on saying that there is maintenance taking place and or a problem in the area. Each time i contact support we go along the same route, phone number, sim number, device beinb used etc etc. Until i pointed out that when checking my data speeds i noticed that the speed would immediately peak at say 10Mbps and over a period of 20 seconds drop to 0.5Mbps or even less. This indicates poor bandwidth, which is symptomatic of a problem with the LTE stack. This was confirmed 6 days ago by a member of the Smarty Network support team. 

    Nothing has changed so far. My download speed is still the same. Impossible to stream from bbc, itvx etc.

    I too am loking to move to an alternative supplier who is not tied into the 3 or Vodaphone network.

    I have already stopped my recurring payments.

    Me too, it’s sh!t mid-afternoon to early evening most days and it would appear they don’t care.
