Recent poor mobile data performance

I’m in Liverpool (UK) and have experienced really poor mobile data performance for about 4 days in a row (today’s date is 19/09/25).  Does anyone know if it’s SMARTY or not?  
Also, is there a way of putting in my own photo/image as my avatar instead of the selection that SMARTY offer?

    androolewis Everywhere in Liverpool? Have you tried a Network Status check on your postcode?

    There is no option to use any other type of avatar when you check your profile settings for the forum.
