I can't find the chat
I want to ask about when my old number will be transferred to my new Smarty SIM. I see lots of references to the Chat option, but I can't get it to initiate. It just brings up pre-written answers. So...
i have been trying for the last 30 mins to get to the Chat section so i can resolve a problem , why is it so difficult to narrow down to the specific page where i can get my problem resolved !!!!
